Richard Fife, DDS

My profession has given me the opportunity to provide beautiful and healthy smiles for my patients, while getting to know them on an individual basis.

Education and Continuing Education

For my education, I first attained my B.S. in Chemistry from Brigham Young University, then earned my D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific. As part of my continuing education, I am a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Sacramento County Dental Society. I have also completed CEREC and CAD/CAM courses from Patterson Dental, and am an active member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (D.O.C.S.) to treat fearful patients.

In the Practice

I have been practicing dentistry for more than 46 years, and I love what I do. I get to work with our wonderful patients, and always work with a very gentle touch. Patients appreciate what I do for their health and smiles, and it is nice to make friends with each patient. Our patients are wonderful people, each one unique and special, and it’s an honor to work with them.

Family Life

I am a native of Sacramento, and love helping the families in our community attain a lifetime of smiles. My wife, Adele, and I have two sons, Michael and Steven, and one daughter, Becky. We are also blessed with three grandchildren! In my spare time, I enjoy jogging, bicycling, outdoor activities of all kinds, and playing the harmonica and piano. I also volunteer for the Smile for Kids program, providing dental care to underprivileged children.
