(5 stars) Phenomenal Dental Practice
I am a new patient to the practice and just had my first comprehensive exam with Dr. Annie Barnes. She is wonderful. She is concerned about you as a person not just as a patient. She read my detailed medical history, listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one with care and concern. She also explained everything she was going to do before she did anything. At the end of the exam, she created a personalized treatment plan for me and reviewed it with me to be sure I understood it. She was named to the list of "Top Dentists of 2012" by a national organization, and, without a doubt, she unequivocally deserves the recognition. The next day I had my first cleaning at the practice. It was with Leslie, and she is excellent. I go for cleanings every six months, but I haven't had such a thorough cleaning in a long time. She has a painless touch - I didn't feel a thing. Additionally, the front desk staff is super. Everyone is eager and happy to help. I have nothing negative to say about Arden Oaks Dental Care.

A: I had a very pleasurable experience with Arden Oaks Dental Care. My treatment was expensive but well worth the money. Momma always said "you get what you pay for" and I got a very unimaginable outcome. My teeth look great and I am continually getting positive comments and compliments on my teeth.

Q: Please describe your experience visiting our practice.

A: My Dentist, Doctor Annie (a.k.a. The Real Tooth Fairy), was very knowledgeable and she provided me with a treatment plan tailored to meet my dental goals. The staff (my dental ladies) made me feel very comfortable and by the time my treatment was over, made me feel like part of the family.

Q: What was your favorite thing about being at our practice?

A: My favorite thing about being at the practice was the way my Doctor and her staff made me feel. They always greeted me with and smile and usually always ended our meetings with a hug. I like the fact that I received a call the day before every appointment. That was very helpful.

Q: What areas could we improve upon to make your experience even more enjoyable?

To be honest, I did not care much for the orthodontist. The original Orthodontist was great. He answered all my questions (which I know can be extensive) with patience and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Half way through my treatment I was assigned to a new Orthodontist. He seemed like a nice guy but I never really got to know him because it seemed he always wanted to rush through my appointment and I felt did like just another mouth for him to make money off of. Although I do realize that Ortho is only one day a month and he is very busy, the original Orthodontist or my regular Dentist never gave me that feeling.

Q: Please provide any additional comments/suggestions.

A: I have noticed an issue since finishing my treatment. It is becoming a huge problem and people at work and home are starting to notice. Ever since I finished my treatment, every time I walk by a mirror I cannot stop looking at myself and smiling at my reflection of my teeth. It is taking up a lot of my time and I would like to know if there are others out there like me that have experienced this issue after treatment with Arden Oaks Dental Care. I also would like to ask if there is some type of therapy or treatment for this issue. Maybe a pill or a cream? In all seriousness, I totally absolutely 100% adore my smile now and feel like a million bucks. It has boosted myself image and others have noticed. THANK YOU DR ANNIE!!! You truly are The Real Tooth Fairy.

I have been a patient of Arden Oaks Dental for quite a few years and am very pleased with their services. The entire staff is very professional and welcoming. Even though I live in Lincoln--I do not plan on switching practices anytime soon--very happy here!!

Good fit for us

I am very picky... especially about dentist, doctor, etc. I made an appointment for myself 1st. I have since added my teenage daughter (also picky) as a patient. Glad to have found this practice...

I’ve been a patient of Arden Oaks Dental Care for 5 years. Their dentists are friendly and, in my opinion, very qualified! I have had two bridges, a couple crowns and Invisalign, all done here in the office. Not much to be proud of, but at least I had Arden Oaks to fix it!!! Thanks to all the staff, doctors and hygienists!!

Having dental work done is never a lot of fun, but my experience at Arden Oaks Dental Care has been great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, ensuring a relaxed visit. In a word we would describe Arden Oaks Dental Care as EXCELLENT. Dr Stephen Barnes and Dr Annie Barnes are people with a heart and true concern about their patients. Just meeting them gives you that impression right away. Dr Stephen Barnes is the gentleman who did all of our work and we must say he managed to put a real smile on both my husband and my face. He takes the time to explain exactly what his plan is going to be and listens to our opinion along the way. He is very kind and gentle.

I want to throw something in here because most people never know of this possibility. We both have stainless steel blades in the back teeth of our dentures. I went 40 years thinking I could chew, well let me tell you, I was wrong. NOW I can chew. This is something everyone should consider when having dentures made. It is worth having them put in.

Rene really makes you feel comfortable when you walk in the door, and is so very kind and helpful with all of your finances and appointments. I swear I even hear her smiling when talking to her on the phone. Then there is Linda who is the dental assistant. She is also fantastic. She is as cute as a bug, and full of live and joy at everything she does, and makes you feel so comfortable. It is quite obvious that she loves her job.

We are truly very happy that we found this dental office. We feel sure your experience we be as satisfying as ours has been.
